About Novy Services

I’m Yves, the founder of this structure.

I’m not an agency, not a chatbot and certainly not an AI that generates answers in 10 seconds. I’m a person who has chosen to put her skills at the service of busy coaches and freelancers, with sincerity and commitment.

My background is not purely administrative. For years, I worked at the heart of customer service. I dealt with difficult situations, unhappy customers, emergencies that had to be resolved in real time. I’ve learned to stay calm under pressure, to find solutions quickly and to communicate with people even at the most tense moments.

It’s this experience in the field, not a diploma and certainly not a certification, that makes me so valuable today.

I created Novy Services because I saw competent, passionate professionals wasting precious time on tasks that took them away from what they really do well. I realized I could help them.

I work evenings and Saturday mornings, not because I have to, but because that’s when you need me most.

I don’t promise to revolutionize everything, but I do promise to be there, seriously and humanely, to help you move forward.
